Allulose is a Rare Natural Sugar ultra-low-calorie sweetener. It has 5% of calories of sugar and about 70% of the relative sweetness of white sugar. Unlike many other sugars is has almost no after-taste, or GI issues with normal usage. From a Petition to the US FDA Allulose differs from traditional sugars in that it is absorbed in the body and excreted predominantly via the urine without being metabolized.

                                          How to make:

In a bowl, whisk ice cream mix and 5 cups of water, almond milk, or coconut milk.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes to chill. Pour into ice cream machine and follow manufacturer's directions

Enjoy immediately or transfer to a freezer-proof bowl.

Customize with your favorite mix-ins. 

Can also be used a Smoothie Base.
