For the Keto Orange Syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated allulose
For the Keto Margarita:
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 ounce keto allulose orange syrup
3/4 ounce lime juice
Lime wedge, granular allulose for garnish
Steps to Make It
Make the Keto Orange Syrup
Ingredients for a Keto Margarita
Using a peeler, peel off part of the orange peel and add to small saucepan with water and allulose. bring to boil to disolve allulose. Reduce to simmer and add 3/4 ounces of orange juice. Let cool and remove peel. store in air tight bottle in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Make the Keto Margarita
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the tequila, orange syrup, and fresh lime juice.
Rub lime wedge around edge of margartia glass and dip in granulated allulose.
Strain into a prepared margarita glass.
