General Terms & Conditions
All orders require pre-payment by credit
card, or official organization check (checks will be held for
10-days for check clearance). Minimum case quantities apply to
each program. Returns are not authorized nor accepted due to this
being a food item and a food item that is temperature sensitive.
Warm weather shipping charges will apply to all
shipments when the expected daily temperatures are above 70
degrees. As a rule of thumb warm weather shipping will apply from
May 1 to October 1. Lang’s Chocolates takes no responsibility
for melting; remember gourmet chocolates are temperature sensitive
items. It is essential that all shipments be sent to a single
location where someone can accept the package(s) as soon as
delivered by the shipping company. Large shipments will be sent
via refrigerated truck. Freight will be pre-paid and added. All
items are frozen before shipping and packed in insulated
containers prior to shipping during warm weather shipping.
